We can also help you book activities from kitesurfing (which Jambiani Beach is famous for) or a sunset cruise on a dhow.

If you have a moment, let’s step inside. Whether you’re in a standard room or a bungalow, you and your travelling companion can enjoy the comfort of a queen-size bed with crisp white linen, with romantic white mosquito nets billowing in the breeze. Thanks to the sea air, bugs really aren’t an issue here, but we’d hate for your sleep to be disturbed in any way. Although with the gentle sound of waves whispering on the shore as the only night sound, that’s pretty unlikely.
It’s what’s inside that counts
All our Zanzibar accommodation options have a private bathroom with shower, access to Wi-Fi and a walk-in closet. Then again, at most times of the year, you can pack light when it comes to your wardrobe – you’ll probably want to spend all your time in your beach attire. From your private patio, you can look out (or step out) into the garden – or relax and watch the world (think the occasional traditional sailing dhow) go by.
Our bungalows give you an additional sense of seclusion – they’re set slightly apart from the rest of the lodge, so you can easily imagine that you’ve been cast adrift on your own desert island. The décor in the bungalows is inspired by Zanzibar’s Swahili culture, with carved wooden bedposts. Temperature control is done the original Zanzibar way: with thatched roofs that allow air to circulate, and cool tiled floors.
