If you’re looking for an authentic Zanzibar experience, our accommodation on the beach is your ideal location. Our nine en suite bungalows are just a few steps from the beach – perfect for a stroll in flip-flops, or go barefoot to feel the sand between your toes.
Each bungalow has everything you need – and nothing you don’t. Hot showers let you wash off the sand and the sunscreen after a day on the beach. Ceiling fans will keep you cool, while there’s nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the Indian Ocean waves whispering up the beach.
In keeping with our sustainable approach to life, our beach loungers are locally made from mvingi hard wood and coconut rope. That gives each lounger its own character and a unique story to tell.
We used skilled local craftsmen to help us with the furniture, and you can see and feel the pride they took in making it.
Cool white walls contrast with pops of colour from kikoi fabric, and add to the authenticity of our décor. Simple, distressed beach-style fittings have been carefully thought out so that everything you need is to hand, but with no clutter.
We offer a full housekeeping and laundry service, and we can add an extra bed to your bungalow for a child.
