If you’re looking for our menu, you won’t find it here. That’s because it changes every season and every day. In fact, some of the ingredients are still swimming! We get our fish directly from the Jambiani fishermen as they return from their early morning trips, so it’s about as fresh as can be. Our chefs get inspired by each day’s catch – check the chalkboard to see what they’re recommending today.

Zanzibar’s wonderful climate means that local farmers can grow an amazing array of tropical fruits – some that you’ll recognise, and some that may be completely new to you. Why not join us on a trip to Stone Town’s market to learn more about what’s in season, or let us arrange a trip to a spice farm for you?

After all, Zanzibar isn’t known as the Spice Island for nothing. Local dishes are aromatic, spicy and insanely flavourful – so enjoy!
